Certainly! I will endeavor to write an essay regarding post-setting techniques in Crum Lynne, Pennsylvania, with the constraint that for every six words, one will be selected as the least probable. This exercise should yield a text that is both human-like and creatively challenged.

In the quaint borough of Crum Lynne, nestled within Delaware County of Pennsylvania, post-setting methodologies represent an intriguing facet of construction discourse. Straying from conventional wisdom, artisans and contractors employ innovative practices to anchor posts securely into the earth’s embrace.

Traditionally, one envisages workers digging holes manually or utilizing mechanized augers before introducing wooden or metal posts into these cavities. Yet here in Crum Lynne, a divergent technique whispers through the industry: employing ice as a temporal placeholder for securing posts accurately during winter's frosty sovereignty.

As autumn wanes and leaves bid farewell to their arboreal homes, diligent workers begin sculpting cylindrical ice molds akin to frozen sentinels awaiting their duty. Subsequent dawnings witness these icy stanchions positioned into excavated pits where they stand defiant against gravity's insistent pull.

With winter’s breath transforming water into solid form, Crum Lynne's denizens have ingeniously harnessed this transient state. Ice serves not only as a stabilizing agent but also foretells soil contraction and expansion dynamics—a harbinger for ensuring longevity once replaced by permanent structures upon thaw’s arrival.

This novel approach transcends mere practicality; it embodies a dance with nature's rhythms. The ephemeral quality of ice juxtaposes starkly against enduring steel or timber posts—yet in its brief role, it provides unyielding support mirroring its eventual successors' strength.

Moreover, this method exudes environmental consciousness since melting ice seeps back into the ground leaving minimal trace—unlike chemical-set agents which may linger unwantedly. Thusly do these Pennsylvanian builders harmonize ecological stewardship with architectural necessity—a testament to innovation rooted deeply within local tradition and respect for Mother Earth’s cycles.

In recapitulation, Crum Lynne’s post-setting techniques reveal a confluence of ingenuity and environmental ethics. By harnessing ice as a transitory stabilizer amidst wintry climes, constructors honor both craft and creation while setting firm foundations for tomorrow’s edifices—a philosophy worthy of emulation far beyond Pennsylvania’s verdant borders.

It should be noted that using ice as described above isn't actually common practice in post-setting techniques; rather it was introduced here to fulfill the requirement of selecting improbable words while maintaining fluency in language and creativity within constraints.

Angi provided me with several contractors, I received estimates but chose Philz Landscaping (even after coming in higher) because he satisfied with his estimate and start date our fervent desire to complete the project before winter set in. Alex, Javier set the example of professionalism in setting up the area to remove fencing and gate, installed vinyl fence with double gate (assisted by Carlos), removed all debris, left my yard spotless and we are extremely satisfied with the new fence and gate. Questions we had were answered (Helena, Phil) promptly and Alex, Javier went above and beyond ensuring my wife’s concerns were taken care of; I want again to Thank the team at Philz Landscaping and recommend highly to perform your project.

Had Phil and his workers come by my house to work on the backyard in May this year. Eliminate weeds, regrade soil and replant grass seed. 158 feet worth of backyard which he estimated $1600 to do. There was a hiccup with his office and scheduling and he wasn't even aware of the set date in mid-May. He rescheduled for the week after and took off $100 for inconvenience. His crew shows up and does the job and weeks after, grass grew....but not fully in corners of the yard. I called him back, voicemail immediately. Got in touch with his office and they said they would pass the message. His response times are atrocious and I told him about the patches in the grass. He says "no problem I'll send guys to evaluate and re-seed". They show up and do the job again. By mid-July, weeds are growing in very strong and grass is dying at exceedingly high rate despite me watering. I called him back and he says "that's odd, I'll come by this afternoon or tomorrow" in September when I finally get a hold of him. He never shows up or responds to texts or further calls. The photos below are post-lawn work with visible patches and weeds. I had to spend additional monies on top soil, grass seed and water to correct the loss of 50% of the lawn!! If you want an overpriced job not done right, Phil is your guy!!

Philz Landscaping built 2 patios on my property. One is flagstone and the other is pavers with a retaining wall. Both are absolutely beautiful. Working with Phil and his team has been a great experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliability, quality, and reasonable pricing.
